Brown Sugar & Maple Oatmeal

Brown sugar and Maple Overnight oatmeal

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

1 T brown sugar

1/2 t Maple extract

 

Mix all ingredients together and place in a microwave safe container.  Makes enough for 2 pint size mason jars. Place in fridge overnight. Microwave 30-60 seconds or until warm and the oatmeal is cooked. I use old fashion oats so I have to heat the oats longer, quick oats would not be as long.
