Crown Royal Cookies

Whenever we go camping my husband always has to have treats, he seen these cookie posted on facebook and mention, well more like hinted that I should make them for camping. So here I am the morning that we leaving baking away!

Preheat oven to 375F, Cream butter, cocoa Powder and sugar together.

On low speed add one egg at a time, vanilla and then the Crown Royal. Go ahead try the batter you know you want. I did! Nothing like a little whiskey at 8:00AM

Add the flour, baking soda and salt until combined.

Drop tablespoon size balls onto greased cookie sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Cool on cooling rack.

 

The cookies turned out good! I used regular Crown Royal, you can also use  Maple Crown Royal which would be even better.

The baking is done for camping, a few more thing to pack and then we are off!

 


Crown Royal Cookies

1//2 Butter

1 1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Crown Royal Whiskey or Crown royal Maple Whiskey

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

2 1/4 Cup Flour

Preheat oven to 375F, Cream butter, cocoa powder, and sugar. On low speed, add one egg at a time. Add vanilla. Mix in Crown Royal. Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Form 1 tablespoon size balls and place 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10- 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
